When is the Promotion Period?

The Promotion Period starts on 2 January 2026 and closes on 31 March 2026.
Claims must be submitted online by 14 April 2026.

 

Who can enter the Promotion?

The promotion is only open to individual Australian and New Zealand residents who are of the age 18 or over, and who are not employees or immediate family members of employees of Canon or its related companies.

 

What products are eligible?

Purchase an eligible Canon printer or over $60 worth of Canon ink in a single transaction.

Inks


All Canon inks (see clauses 4 and 5 in terms and conditions). Receipt must show a total of over $60 paid for Canon inks by the Participant.

 

Which purchases are eligible?

To be eligible to submit a Claim, participants must purchase a new Eligible product during the promotion period from an authorised Canon Australia retailer or New Zealand retailer.

For purchases made via Amazon AU, the product must be both sold and shipped by Amazon AU. Claims will not be accepted for products purchased from an affiliated Amazon reseller listed on the Amazon Marketplace.

 

How do I make a claim?

  1. Purchase any eligible product between 2 January 2026 and 31 March 2026 and keep your receipt and packaging.
  2. Go online to canon.com.au/disneyoffer (Australia) or www.canon.co.nz/disneyoffer (New Zealand) to make a claim by 14 April 2026
  3. Upload a photo of your receipt and a photo of the product serial number.  
  4. Fill in your details including name, phone number and valid email address.

 

What is required on my receipt?

The receipt for the eligible product must clearly specify:

  • the eligible product purchased
  • the price of the eligible product purchased
  • the name of the authorised Canon Australia or New Zealand retailer 
  • the purchase date
  • the receipt number; and
  • that payment for the eligible product has been received in full.

If the receipt is missing any of the above information, or is illegible or indecipherable, it will render the claim invalid.

 

How many times can I enter?

The promotion is limited to 1 claim on 1 product per person.

 

What will I receive?

2 x standard movie passes to see any Disney film in a Hoyts cinema in Australia or New Zealand, valued at an RRP of up to $27.50. Please note that movie passes are subject to the terms in clause 22 of the terms and conditions.

 

How do I access my movie passes?

A link to your double movie pass will be emailed to the email provided when you submit your claim. Movie passes can be redeemed in person or online to a Disney movie at HOYTS Cinemas in the country that you are a resident in (either Australia or New Zealand).

 

When do the movie passes expire?

Movie passes will be valid until 31 December 2026.

 

How do I book a Disney movie using my passes?

You can book either in person or online at Hoyts cinemas. Booking fees apply for online redemptions, however you can redeem your movie tickets in cinema to avoid booking fees.

 

Are there any restrictions to the movie passes?

The movie passes cannot be used on Saturdays or Sundays for sessions beginning after 2:00pm local time, nor for any sessions on public holidays.

The movie passes can be used for general admission sessions of each movie only. Upgrade fees will apply for select experiences and seating concepts, applicable at the time of redemption. The Gift With Purchase cannot be upgraded to HOYTS LUX, HOYTS Daybed and/or IMAX sessions and cannot be redeemed for special or group events.

 

What movies can I book to see with the movie passes?

The movie passes are eligible to see Disney and Pixar’s Hoppers, and all Disney movies including (but not limited to) movies by Walt Disney Animation, Disney Pixar, Marvel Studios, Lucas Film, 20th Century Studios, and Searchlight Pictures.

I am having trouble entering the promotion, what could be wrong?

Ensure you have entered the correct information in all the fields on the entry form. If you have missed entering information or you have entered it incorrectly, please refer to the error messages that will appear when you try and submit your Claim. You will not be able to submit your Claim until all information requested has been correctly entered.

 

How do I check the status of my claim?

You can check the status of an existing claim on the claim page, by entering your mobile number and claim ID. Your claim ID can be found in your email confirmation.
